Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping Methods
We use established carrier's to deliver packages to our customers.

Goods are deemed to be delivered to the Customer when IPC Services (UK) Ltd makes them available to the Customer or any agent of the Customer or any carrier (who shall be the Customer's agent whoever pays its charges) at IPC Services (UK) Ltd's premises or other delivery point agreed by IPC Services (UK) Ltd.

Risk in the Goods passes when they are delivered in accordance with clause above.

Delivery Schedule Once we have Goods in our possession we will deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 business days.

IPC Services (UK) Ltd may at its discretion deliver the Goods or Services by instalments in any sequence.

Where the Goods are delivered by instalments, no default or failure by IPC Services (UK) Ltd in respect of any one or more instalments shall vitiate the Contract in respect of the Goods or Services previously delivered or undelivered Goods or Services

IPC Services (UK) Ltd may deliver to the Customer and the Customer shall accept in satisfaction of the Contract a lesser number than the number of Goods ordered.

Any dates quoted by IPC Services (UK) Ltd for the delivery of the Goods or Services are approximate only and shall not form part of the Contract and the Customer acknowledges that in the performance expected of IPC Services (UK) Ltd no regard has been paid to any quoted delivery dates

If the Customer fails:
- to take delivery of the Goods or Services or any part of them on the due date; and
- to provide any instructions or documents required to enable the Goods or Services to be delivered on the due date,
IPC Services (UK) Ltd may on giving written notice to the Customer store or arrange for the storage of the Goods and on the service of the notice:
- risk in the Goods or Services shall pass to the Customer;
- delivery of the Goods or Services shall be deemed to have taken place; and
- the Customer shall pay to IPC Services (UK) Ltd all costs and expenses including storage, any redelivery and insurance charges arising from its failure.

IPC Services (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any penalty, loss, injury, damage or expense arising from any delay or failure in delivery or performance from any cause at all nor shall any such delay or failure entitle the Customer to refuse to accept any delivery or performance of or repudiate the Contract.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
