 | The Advanced Modular Calibration System is the latest release from GE Druck. The AMC uses three basic components to provide the multi-functionality to perform duties formerly requiring a wide range of different instruments. Its basic component is an ultra-compact, electrical, frequency and temperature calibrator, which provides simultaneous measurement and source capabilities. Pressure measurement is provided by interchangeable pressure modules that can be attached to the calibrator by a pressure module carrier. If pressure generation is required the calibrator and pressure module can be attached to one of three pressure generation stations, to form a fully-integrated pressure calibrator, of unparalleled performance. The simple yet sophisticated design and concept combines, for the first time, an advanced electrical calibrator with state-of-the-art pressure measurement and generation, so that there is no longer any need to compromise one capability in favour of another. PV 623 Hydraulic Pressure Station
The PV 623 is a hydraulic pressure generator for pressures up to 1000 bar (15000 psi).
The pressure station is designed for stand-alone operation as a pressure generator and can replace conventional hand pumps to provide greater efficiency, ease of use and significantly reduce the risk of repetitive strain injuries.
It can also be used on the workbench as a comparators.
The PV 623 solves many of the problems associated with hydraulic pressure generation by generating pressure to 1000 bar (15000 psi) into virtually any volume without the need for system priming and by providing a stable pressure within 1 minute.

DPI 615 PC Precision Portable Pressure Calibrator
The DPI 615 is a self-contained, battery powered package which contains a pressure generator, fine pressure control, device energising and output measurement capabilities, as well as facilities for 4 to 20 mA loop testing and data storage. The rugged weatherproof design is styled such that the pressure pump can be operated and test leads connected without compromising the visibility of the large dual parameter display. The mA step and ramp outputs and a built-in continuity tester extend the capabilities to include the commissioning and maintenance of control loops.
The DPI 615 adds powerful time saving and error eliminating features to the comprehensive functionality of the DPI 610. These include field error calculations with PASS/FAIL analysis and two way PC communications for downloading procedures and uploading results.
